Our historic Denver B&B provides a variety of amenities and experiences for your stay. All rooms feature upscale antiques, high-speed WiFi, private Jacuzzi baths, HDTV, and updated modern showers. Each room has a unique ceiling designed by Bradbury and Bradbury, and amazingly comfortable antique beds.
Because of the age of the mansion, we do not have an elevator. All guest rooms are located on the second floor, and the grand ballroom is located on the third floor. Please note that due to this, we are not always able to fully facilitate handicapped guests. No children under 8.

“My wife & I stayed at the Lumber Baron Inn and it was one of the best bed & breakfasts my wife and I have ever stayed at. The owner did a fantastic job of rehabbing the (historic) house, and it was very welcoming. It’s located near excellent restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay there again!” ~ Bryce
