Elaine Britten Bryant is a Level Two Practitioner of the Wellpoint Hypnosis Method™ and is offering a guided mediation with SOUNDSYNCTECH™ Brainwave Frequencies on the evening of June 21st in the Ballroom of the Lumber Baron Mansion. \nDoors open at 6:30\, and close at 7pm when the meditation begins. Guests will not be able to enter if they arrive after 7pm so please be on time. \nBring a yoga mat and a blanket to get cozy and settle into the mystical realm and a journal and pen to capture your thoughts once you emerge back into time-space. Chairs available for those who prefer to sit. Due to the historical nature of the building\, the third floor ballroom is only accessible by stairs. \nTea and fellowship will be available following the meditation\, with cocktails available for purchase. \nThere is a $15 admission due at the door.

On the menu: Caterpillar roll ups\, Checker-board sandwiches\, egg salad carrot crostinis\, Cheshire Cat Tails\, Ice cream tea cups and more.\nChef Sheila is already embodying “the Cook”\, and whipping up bites that are magical enough for wonderland.
